Spa Etiquette & Policies

Arriving late may make it necessary to limit time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled time to check in and prepare to enjoy your treatment. Late arrivals will be billed in full whilst scheduled treatment time will apply.

Our Spa is a place of relaxation where we promote a peaceful environment. Accordingly, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile devices as well as keep the noise to a minimum; this includes our pedicure station which is strictly a whisper zone. Give your therapist feedback, let her know if you have any special needs or disabilities so that your visit is comfortable.

Know that you are in a professional spa environment and do not expect anything other than a therapeutic spa service. Communicate your preferences during treatments so that our therapist can adjust to you. Be considerate and be mindful of other client’s space. No children may accompany you during your treatments as this can be disruptive to you and other guests. Gratuities are optional. No food is permitted into the treatment areas.

Deposit Payments

Individual bookings

A deposit payment equal to 50% of your total treatment price is payable upon your booking; only once your deposit payment is paid and allocated is your booking secured. Kindly use the name you have reserved your booking under as your payment reference to allow us to allocate your payment to your booking. Please ensure you send us proof of payment to our email info@simbiosisballito.co.za. Only once your payment is allocated to your booking is your booking secure. You will receive a payment confirmation upon sending us a proof of payment which confirms your booking.

Group Bookings (4 persons or more)

A deposit payment equal to 50% of your total treatment price is payable upon your booking. Full payment is required to be made one week prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policies

Individual bookings

Should you cancel your treatment prior to two days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be repaid to you; however you will receive a voucher equivalent to the deposit paid.

Should you cancel your treatment within two days of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and no voucher will be issued to you.

Should you fail to attend your treatment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, full payment is required and any deposit already paid will be fully forfeited.

Group Bookings (4 persons or more)

Should you cancel treatment before one week prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be repaid to you; however you will receive a voucher of equivalent to the prepaid amount.

Should you cancel your treatment within one week of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and no voucher will be issued to you.

Should you fail to attend your treatment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, full payment is required and any deposit already paid fully forfeited.
